The Canned business sells the equivalent of 486,000 tonnes of canned goods that are packaged in its 12 factories.

The factories are located within the growing areas throughout France in order to :
- spread climate risks
- s'adapt to the specific features of regional vegetable productions
- enhance distribution.
Technicians plan harvests to ensure perfect synchronisation between farmers and their range of crops. The vegetables are harvested and canned in less than 3 hours.
Each factory has its own laboratory, linked to a central laboratory, where analyses and meticulous controls are carried out throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring constant quality. Computerised traceability systems allow the canned vegetables to be traced from the consumer back to the field. Canned vegetables are marketed under the d'aucy brand or under supermarket, hypermarket or catering brands. Products are then marketed throughout the world via offices in Europe, Russia, South America and since july 2006 in Hungary and Poland.
