Farming has applied a clear organisation dedicated to the member and to development:
- The cooperative: this was created in January 2008 (N°56-63-1419). Its object is to develop a better profit for the member.
- A Development Department. Its objects are:
- To produce conforming products for the consumer
- To obtain satisfaction from CECAB members
- To obtain satisfaction from upstream and downstream partners of our turkey business
- A Finance Department which works on two axes:
- To ensure the best cost per ton of livestock,
- Optimise cost effective management of the flow (purchasing young turkeys, purchasing food, remuneration of the breeder, sale of livestock, Veterinary Department management and management of the trade activity)
