In 2007, Cecab included 62 producers and 1,619,000 fowl hens have produced a total of 469,000,000 eggs of which bio eggs production.
The entire business is quality focused :
- A technical department
- A sanitary service comprising veterinarians responsible for :
- providing veterinary monitoring
- managing the technicians
- prescribing veterinary products
- ensuring that measures are taken to prevent the appearance or transmission of diseases
- A quality department ensures that the quality charter is respected
Total traceability is ensured.
An Agri-confidence project is currently being drawn up and should soon be up and running.
- A building-environment department carries out 2 main function :
- the design of breeding buildings, execution of plans and follow-up of work
- environment service and consulting.
- A financial advisor helps producers to make future investment decisions.
