In 2007, 745 million shelled eggs were prepared in the three ABCD ISO 9001 certified packaging centres : Ploërmel (Morbihan), Brugnens (Gers), Saint Chéron (Eure et Loire). They are sold in supermarkets and hypermarkets, under the brand-name of Matines, French leader of shelled eggs and under the brand-name Mas-d’Auge for alternative products.

The two ABCD de-shelling factories (Ploërmel (Morbihan) and Ciel (Saône et Loire)), ISO 9001 certified, sold 34,000 tonnes of eggs products in 2007. ABCD produces fresh and frozen prepared products, liquid and powdered products for the agri-food markets.

PEP (Produits Elaborés Ploërmel), ISO 9001 certified site and HACCP , is specialised in the production of frozen and fresh egg-based products. This modern factory, recently built, works to the highest quality standards.
19,000 tonnes of products including 8,000 tonnes of liquid eggs were sold in 2007. They form part of a wide product range: liquid egg products (whole eggs, white, yolks) in small fresh and frozen packaging, hard-boiled eggs, poached eggs, scrambled eggs, fresh or frozen hard-boiled eggs in bars, fresh or frozen omelettes, whipped egg whites …). Its customers are mainly from the food services industry, industrial manufacturers, supermarkets and hypermarkets.
Karea, based in Carvin (Pas-de-Calais), is leader in frozen omelettes (Export : 50%)
There is full traceability throughout the Cecab supply chain. Each plant has its own laboratory where analysis and meticulous controls are carried out throughout the manufacturing process.
